Distilled

The trip to Durham and back was postponed again, because of the weather again.

I was determined to use the day constructively so the risk assessment questionnaires were sent to the new Alex, the budgeting spreadsheet was started, and I went for a decent virtual bike ride then made vegan bangers and mash with onion gravy.

In between I finished off the proposal for a potential bit of consulting work. As it’s for a distillery in a remote location I thought I’d use a profile photo from a trip to another remote distillery I worked on five or six years ago. Where does the time go? On the plus side, I could cut and paste some of the stuff from that old distillery proposal!
