I used to think I'd love to live with someone who played the acoustic guitar because then I'd have this great ambience in my life all the time. It's not really like that, actually, but it's not so bad either. I feel badly because sometimes I complain about how sad his chords sound sometimes because they?re perfectly played you know, but sad.

Anyway, this is one of the most common views in my life, so I thought I'd share it. Our living room in its entirety is these two awful old brown crushed velvet armchairs flanking a table and we sit there like two old people every weekday night. This is the view from my brown chair to Patrick's.
