A beautiful day

I meditate most days. It's an art I enjoy and it keeps me centred and peaceful. A side effect from regular practise is that I see beauty everywhere. In the daily rush it's easy to whizz past things without noticing them but when I meditate I see the most stunning details in the tiniest things. I bought a bunch of Sweet Williams today and put just one in a milk jug. Delicate and pretty. I love it.
