Crab Legs

Snow crab legs with clarified butter.

We had lunch at out favorite Vegas buffet: the Wicked Spoon. One of my several courses were crab legs. Also notable were the Pasteis de Nata I enjoyed as part of my dessert course. After lunch and a brief post-lunch walk on the strip, we drove back home (a four hour drive in ideal conditions--and it has taken us up to nine hours--and considering we hit rush hour for the last stretch, we were pleased with four and a half hours).
