Roast chicken with red cabbage

Another really busy day doing nothing.  Well actually spent a lot of the time cooking.  Luckily with lots of food left over after dinner so it's boxed up and in the freezer for another day.  Another emergency blip 

I can no longer watch the news.  Horrifying what's going on in the Middle East.  Had me in tears watching that old lady being set free.  Man's inhumanity to man.
