Cullen Skink

Tonight's meal - a favourite of Mr MD - is Cullen Skink - and something I haven't made for ages.   Just for info' Cullen skink is a thick Scottish soup made of smoked haddock, cream, potatoes and onions.  It worked out well accompanied by my home made wholemeal loaf which complemented it beautifully.
