Building the sky

Popped into town (Cardiff) this afternoon to pick up my new iphone. This building caught my eye. Not all modern office architecture look interesting but I find this building attractive and I think works well shot against this afternoon's interesting sky. The building is attractive when it's new and shiny but I wonder whether it will look so good in 10+ years?
