Now Showing... nothing

Our local, family run, independent cinema closed its doors today. Its a great loss to the town and to us. I loved being able to walk down with the boys to see the latest film.
They just couldn't compete with the multiplex giants and the changes in technology.
It used to be a 780 seat auditorium with stalls and balcony and have a theatre stage with dressing rooms. It was purpose built in the 1930's and its art deco style is a landmark building in the town.
It's the end of an era and will be very much missed.
