TinyTuesday...Coins

It is suddenly winter in South Yorkshire, cold, grey and very wet. I'm glad I did not need to venture out today. I've been cooking a pot of vegetables and soya mince, warming comfort food for later this evening 
The photograph is a British one pound coin for today's challenge, and in doing so, I actually looked at it properly for probably the first time. A very pleasing design......thanks Pinkhairedlady:)
