Visiting old friends

Forty years ago I made my first visit to Albuquerque to visit my friend Clarence Bass, and to write an article on him and take photos. Clarence is a highly respected world authority on fitness and health. He has written 12 books and had over 500 articles published.

Today was my first visit in 4 years to see Clarence and Carol. Paladian and I have visited with them many times, in particular during the making of 3 video documentaries with Clarence. He is an inspiration to us. Next month he will celebrate his 86th birthday.
