Tv tonight

Losing interest for the moment in Blip. No camera and my phone is awful. Not getting out much due to shoes and unwellness (is that a word?). Nothing happening here.
News which I watched on UK tv today, is of violence and war and the public shaming of the Probation Service tonight.

Got blood test early this morning but not got prescription yet. Cancelled kiné as feet with shoes too painful. Very upset as it really is beneficial.
