Back on the Mynd

Ali and I were supposed to be taking Lee for his first trail run up on the Mynd yesterday but the illness was still lingering and I was wiped out after a morning of Mary’s Meals stuff at church. We realised that the three of us all had Monday off so delayed until then. Headed out for a curry instead of a run.

This morning we tried again and had a wonderful time. As you can see, Lee took to trail running like a pro, jumping over streams and all. It was a pretty wheezy run but I think we all felt better for it.

A cup of tea and a sausage sandwich in Church Stretton before heading home.
