Gifted

One of the gifts I received was a stained glass window commissioned from a friend of ours.  It is based on a photograph I took and a conversation Ellen and I had.  We were listening to a thrush singing away while all around was quiet and we came to the conclusion that 'life is good'.  It was made to fit into a window in the den and it fits beautifully.  Each time I look at it I will be full of respect for the craft and be reminded that 'life is good'.
