A pair of magpies

A trip to the doctor's this morning to have liquid nitrogen sprayed on several areas of my torso.  A bit uncomfortable but the results should be acceptable.

This afternoon I wandered up to the pond and miniature waterfall with my new monopod, and practised slowing the water with the inbuilt ND filters.  Reasonably successful, although I should have left the ball-foot on the end instead of the fixed "thingy".  I may need to spash some more cash on a ball-head.

Spotted the two magpies on the dead tree, which fits today's topic of Pare, pair or pear.
