Red Dogwood …

… by our back entry early this afternoon—partly cloudy, but the tree glows brightly in a moment of sunlight, echoing one of my recent New Hampshire images.

Afterwards we made a joint trip to our nearby Stop & Shop supermarket. I picked out no less than five packs of ice cream—all different, of course. This evening I’m eating butter pecan, which we’ve not had for some time. It has whole pecans—small of course, but they are excellent :)
