Walk by the Lake

Eleven walkers met and we drove to Glendhu Bay and walked from there to Damper Bay.  I did 12K steps, or just over 8 k's, on this beautiful sunny day.  +20C.  Four other walkers joined us for a welcome cuppa at a local cafe.  All in all a wonderful day in the sun and fresh air.

Scooby Doo set out on her adventure today, heading for Te Anau tonight, then on to the Milford Track in the morning.  She is very excited.
