A bowl of conkers

After a busy day cooking I was struggling for a blip then I remembered I picked these conkers when we were away the other week.

Mr PC had a busy day too he took down the hanging baskets and picked the last tomatoes before consigning the plants to the compost bin.

We had an early dinner - beef bourguignon, creamy mash potatoes and braised savoy cabbage. Then Mr PC enjoyed watching the Villa winning on sky sports.
