From my seat

A lovely Autumnal walk to church this morning, but oh my.. by the time I got home my legs were wobbly and I’ve felt dreadful all day.
I know it’s the Covid legacyTotally devoid of energy .
I don’t help myself as I don’t rest! The mind and body are not always in agreement!
So today’ blip is from my sofa .
