The Boss

Today was sunny and warm after about six inches of rain yesterday, so I continued with the ivy chopping. Elvis supervised my work, occasionally ran off with a stick, but came back to the same position!
Confit de canard (aka duck-in-a-tin which is what my (adult) children call it!)  for dinner, I love it!
