Sore Feat

Weather was threatening enough today that the Cinque Terre Park kept its trails closed.
We decided to train to Levanto, and hike 8 km. and over 300 m. elevation gain to Monterosso, the northernmost CT town.
K. and I had done this hike several years ago, and assured JJ that it was a challenge going up and back down, but the rest was quite pleasant. Turns out it was a little more challenging than we remembered. Thankfully, she was more upset with my bad memory than with the actual challenge. However, after the the beer at the end, to replace lost electrolytes ;-), all was forgiven.
