Ripon Rip-off

The faded elegance of the Edwardian Ripon Spa Hotel, the place to be seen in in its time, frequented by generations of farming folk for their Sunday roast has just reopened, a new name & a new identity, sadly I think it’s lost some of its charm, looks like every other “INN” in this chain of pubs, not sure that I’d pay the £300 odd a night to stay!
