Volver a Valencia

Good to be back in our favourite city and to be in our new flat! Feels very strange and still like a holiday rental. Lots of food shopping and washing clothes today. Back to reality, as for the last few weeks we’ve been either eating out or having other people cook for us.
We did make it to the beach in the afternoon, Mr P had a swim but too breezy for me. Our VPN subscription (so Mr P could watch the Rugby World Cup) meant that I got to watch Strictly tonight with my cup of tea (we have a kettle again) but sadly no toast, at least until we find a toaster.
