After Babet
Everywhere today looks water logged, the temperature has dropped and the skies are moody and properly autumnal. It was lovely, however, to be able to get out for a decent long walk, even with intermittent showers.
The farmers' market went ahead and the stalls selling fresh game (venison, quail, pheasant and boar) were noticeable. There were also a few French stalls, notably a woman selling fabulous homemade Halloween macarons.
