It's Flower Friday!

Today I'm featuring the very pretty flowers brought by our guests D and A.  This is the first day that I've had the chance to photograph them!

In other news: we waited here in West Essex for Storm Babet to do its worst...but it didn't.  We did have rain today certainly, but fairly gentle with no winds and by the early evening we even had blue skies.  Meanwhile parts of Scot;and continue to suffer from heavy flooding and storm damage.
