Watching the waves

C and I and her dog drove down to Hive Beach, Burton Bradstock, to get some sea air and feel the wind and watch the power of the sea drive the waves onto the beach.  We were on the edge of Storm Babet but fortunately this part of the South Coast had a pleasant blustery sunny day with the occasional heavy shower. Scotland has really felt the brunt of it again with very heavy rainfall and bad flooding.  We drove home via Beaminster, visited the bookshop  and had a quick visit to the  church.
