Absolutely atrocious weather out today from storm Babet with winds and torrential rain and our weather warning upped to an amber one here from the previous yellow. I ventured out up to the village to meet some friends for lunch, but gratefully accepted a lift rather than walking up to avoid getting drenched. My roses have all suffered with the high winds, but this hydrangea is surviving the weather.
