Looking back

I have to fly away in two days, no way around it this time. This adventure is coming to a close...

And it makes me scared and nervous. What happens after this for us? That was the hard part I didn't want to talk about. So we just kept going living in the moment, prolonging the morrow.

We stayed at a lovely hostel near Hokitika and looped over Arthur's Pass east to Christchurch. Such a lovely day. We had a picnic in the tall grass below the castle rocks lounging in the sun.

I stopped at Arthur's Pass to surprise Lina. Here, cheeky kea's come down from the mountains to investigate passerby. Wild, alpine parrots endemic to these mountains. Full of mirth, mischief and spontaneity - just like us.
