Final Curtain

The second evening performance of the school play "Hook" and the end of the whole thing.

It has just been getting better and better with every show and we really ended on a good note. It was a stunning last performance from everyone. The kids have been amazing throughout. We've been working together on the show for 6 months and it's all going to feel very strange when all this comes down. Which will mostly be within the next 24 hours.

In fact, I'm sleeping in here tonight so I can get on with the tear-down evening and morning...

A special "well-done" goes to my three star soloists who brought the house down with some seriously good musical theatre, "Peter Pan" for getting better and better with every show, and my own beautiful and gifted daughter who has not only put up with me but has done really well acting and dancing in the cast. In fact, well done everyone! Such talent!

The feedback from everyone is that this was so much more than just a school show - it has been a real theatre production. That's down to strong vision and leadership, hard work, and *team*. Simply amazing for a small primary school of twenty children.
