Polish parliamentary elections 2023
Voting day!
Today was what's been described as the most important Polish election since 1989. People turned up in droves to oust the conservative government with this many awaiting to vote on Drummond Place in Edinburgh, which was one of two polling stations. Amazingly, the turnout was 73 percent of voting population, with more teenagers voting for their future than pensioners.
Update - we did it! The conservative ruling party got the most votes, just, but they lost the majority and the 3 opposition parties can now form a coalition. Time for some long overdue changes now
