I made Boeuf Bourginiuon to a Julia Child recipe, I found it on you tube it was a TV show from the 50s.

Served with Italian slice potatoes and layered butter cabbage.

It turned out delicious though very rich, the beef was Aberdeen Angus from Crombies Edinburgh.

(No horses were injured during this blip !!)
