Out of the house

Up early this morning to wave KK off as he headed to Glasgow on the bus. I admit to being worried about the weather and if he would find his way to where he needed but he managed fine. Today was his MOD fitness test which he passed with top marks. Not bad after spending 3 hours on the bus and being very nervous.  I don't think it will be long before he starts his trial down in Exeter.
Hubby and I are pretty exhausted but I felt he needed out of the house if even for a very short time. He managed to walk about 100m with the help of his crutch but at least we had some fresh air and the rain was light. A few strong gusts here but not too bad.
