Ex

Mood lighting at the gym tonight. And for some reason they had the heating on. Possibly because the sauna wasn't working last week and they wanted people to feel their membership was worth it.

A friend of mine from deepest SW England was up in the office today for a meeting, so in between whatever it was we were doing I took her on a guided tour of our delightful (!) building. She hadn't been in before and wanted to see it before we move out. I hope her expectations weren't too high, I'll ask her what she thought tomorrow.

Himself has gone to meet the ex wife / girls' mother tonight to  - hopefully. - sort out some ongoing challenges with No 1. She's struggling again and they're trying to put on a bit of a united front. I'm staying well away.
