Watergate Bay

We drove the few miles north along the coast to Watergate Bay this morning for a walk along the beach.

Despite the mix of heavy showers and sunshine, there were plenty of others doing the same and a smattering of surfers.

The blip was taken at the far end of the beach. At this point it decided to tip it down again and we were soaked by the time we got back to the cars so headed back to the lodge for a change of clothes and lunch.

As if we hadn’t got wet enough already, we spent the afternoon in the pool at the site.
