After welcome rain….

The river waters had disappeared into the shingle bed up at the Burleigh Bridge for a few days. Welcome rains during the last few days have brought the water levels up. This view is further downstream where the river starts flowing into the big ponded area. Maisie and I were out walking very early, in the dark to start with. I asked friends we met to keep their distance as I don’t want to spread my viral infection to them.
