Josie and the Dessert

Today's the day ....................... to grow up

This is Josie - about to devour a dessert made for her (and us) by her sister Tessa.

Tessa had made a batch of scones earlier, completely by herself - mainly because she had insisted that she knew exactly how to do it, and she required no assistance!  Then she covered the top of the scone with nutella and a spoonful of yoghurt, followed by the strawberries.  And I have to say, it was delicious.

At not quite eight years old, she did a great job.  How the young ones grow up before your very eyes .....................?!
