Chilling out

Me and Merlot doing nothing.
My back playing up raining outside so it was a good excuse...

According to the numbers it's 10 years since I started blip but of course it's much longer.. It's just that when Carol was taken ill just over 3 years ago my daily routine got changed and I've never really got back into it properly despite more recent changes to the way I live.

Thanks to everyone who has followed my story it's not been easy and now I need urgent surgery on my spine it's going to get more difficult. Especially as it may be years before I get it done
