Stupid and mean

Today we went for a hike on Dumme mosse. 
The name for us Swedes is a little funny because Dumme is translated stupid, mean. (Mosse = bog) But of course that is not the name meaning. There are several people who have researched the name, but the derivation of the name has not been determined. 
Regardless of the meaning of the name, it was lovely to have a hike there, even though it was really terribly cold.
