Well, all I can say is that since this image was taken the wind has fairly gotten up and all boats cancelled tomorrow.  I only hope Babette doesn’t make a feast o’ things.  Just had an unexpected swoop visit from my s-i-l and her daughter, Katy.  In another unexpected twist I even cut the grass.    However, above all topics, Harvest Home mayhem has broken out.  The Flotta HH this Friday evening  is postponed because of forecast sea conditions.  It has therefore been shifted forward two weeks and now clashes with the Rendall Harvest Home.  What a moral dilemma.  CMC wants to go to Flotta and I want to attend Rendall.    A blurred post mark on his postcard gives no further clues as to Desmond’s whereabouts.  The message simply states:  ‘It is too hot for Calligraphy’.
