Feeling hot, hot hot.

We went to M & S this morning to do the food shop. We fancied a change, as we have been going to Waitrose for the last couple of weeks, so a change is as good as a rest. I only took the one photo, and as we were leaving the store, I got a text from Cath, so say that her husband passed away this morning.  Such a terrible shock, and we  sat in the car for a few minutes to let the news sink in. I sent the text to our other gym buddies, and they are all as shocked as we are. I can't begin to imagine what she is going through.
