Port Harbour Historic Site

Todays visit was a to this hugely significant area in Tasmania's history which has been wonderfully restored following general decay and serious bush fires in the past. It was a community home for convicts, military and civilian outsiders and their families in much earlier times and a totally fascinating area to spend some time in. It's about an hour and a half drive from Hobart.
