Portland Rose Festival

After church this morning, we went to see the floats from yesterday's Portland Rose Festival. We weren't that impressed, but this was the best one.

I had waffles today with lashings of Oregon strawberries and cream. I couldn't eat it all. My stomach can't quite cope with American-sized portions!

Bob and Maria then took me to my cousin Whitney's house, on Lake Oswego, where we all enjoyed a BBQ, and watched some of a college baseball game where Oregon State (Beavers) were playing. I'm staying with Whitney for the next few days before I head down to the coast.
