Working early

I've done 21,576 steps and not home yet!

Dog walk this morning, then I took the eldest to an appointment, dropping him to school on my way to the station to get to London. I arrived early for meetings, but couldn't find a cafe to work from, eventually I did and had 15 minutes to grab lunch and send a couple of quick messages before the meting started. 

Also in London for what turned into a fraught evening which was quite stressful and a on the late train home as someone wanted 'a quick 5 minute chat'. 

I still think we are all a bit under the weather and work seems so busy. Hoping we'll catch our breath a little next week amd can re-charge a little.
