Worm holes

The quest for a Douglas Fir cone for some product photography led on to me collecting and trying to identify lots of other cones. This then led on to learning more about Scotlands ancient pine forests. I go down wormholes like this all the time, love learning new stuff.

I started making my first batch for the hotel, it was body wash today. Got a bit (lot!) messy but not really a surprise as it was my first time making large quantities. It'll be easier next time as I learn from today's efforts.
