Blowing About!

No two days are the same in terms of the weather, so tonight my bike ride was characterised by a much stronger wind and cloudier skies. It was one of those where the wind nips at your ears and you feel them glowing when you've got back in!! Great fun and such a sense of freedom.

Not the greatest photo, tricky to keep the camera still in the wind and the light was fading fast...but it tells a story of my day and that is what blip means to me. :-)

Best comment today in class came from Rupert when writing an invitation for an Egyptian Sleepover, based on a book we're reading and our Ancient Egypt topic.

It read..."only children can stay for the sleepover, no adults not even owners."

I asked Rupert what he meant be owners, wondering if he was referring the owners of the museum where the sleepover was being held.

"Well you know, owners Miss Barton, like Mums and Dads"

It didn't half make me chuckle!!
