and they’re pink
Windy today and sunny with a wonderful blue sky. And the pampas grass has decided to send up a few plumes - second lot this year. It’s a huge plant, this plume must be at least 9 feet tall. When I first had the plant, a skinny looking bit of grass (bare root) the label said the plumes would be pink. It’s almost 20 years old now and this is the first time the plumes have been a gentle shade of pink. Lovely to see. A good day in the garden moving plants around and I picked quite a large bowl of ripe tomatoes.
