First version…

Hello Everyone,

If you saw yesterday’s photo you would have seen a red kettle on a small hotplate. The kettle had old pieces of candles in it that I had collected from my sisters.

I melted the candles and then poured the hot wax over sawdust. What you see is supposed to be firelighters. Once the sawdust burner has its new chimney I will report back and let you know if they worked.
