New toy

I had a leisurely walk around the wood this morning.  The sun was shining, the wind was blowing, and it was pleasantly balmy.  

Forgot to say, I've booked my C...... shopping slot.

The hospital rang an hour ago to book me in for one of my procedures.  I have to ask which one because I've two on the go.  This is for the non-urgent lump and I'm still waiting for the urgent one on my nose.

This is my new monopod which as you can see is attached to its feet, which can be unscrewed and a rubber foot put in its place.  The shiny orange screw can be rotated upwards to enable the pole to rotate in all directions should it be required.  It's quite heavy but compact.  Now I need to make sure I use it.
