Berwick Law

We have had friends staying on their way home later in the week from staying in Loch Carron to Hampshire. I was at school with the father and am godfather to their elder daughter (who visited us on Friday)

We chatted long into the night last night and after lunch today visited another school friend and his wife in south Edinburgh. From their front door you can see, through a gap, Berwick Law some 23 miles away which overlooks North Berwick. A prominent volcanic plug which our son and I went up the first time we were allowed to travel once Covid restrictions were eased in 2021. See entry for 16 April that year on Blipfoto.
