Melrose Abbey

Firstly, thank you for all your good wishes yesterday on our 40th wedding anniversary.
We left Northumberland and headed to the borders. I’d never seen Melrose Abbey so we headed there via Kelso (see extra). We’re going to go back and look round properly but Melrose is a very impressive abbey!
We’ve had a lovely long weekend and the weather couldn’t have been better. Home now. Work tomorrow.
