Chocolate Buttercream - Round 2

When youngest made Cupcakes on Saturday, she had filtered quite a few out of the batch that hadn't 'made the grade' in her opinion at least.

They tasted fine (can confirm) but hadn't risen as well as the others.

So this afternoon she rustled up another bowl of Chocolate Buttercream to apply. They didn't last long, and I got the spoon and the whisks off the mixer. Nom Nom. Gonna eat salad now until next weekend ;-D
